Sally Struthers is an American actress and activist. She is best known for her role as Gloria Stivic, the daughter of Archie and Edith Bunker on All in the Family. She also starred in Dinosaurs and TaleSpin.
Struthers was born on July 28, 1947. She was raised by her mother after her father left when she was only nine years old. She made her screen debut alongside Jack Nicholson in the 1970 film Five Easy Pieces. Following the success, she was on The Getaway and was offered a role on All in the Family which aired from 1971 and 1978.
Struthers appeared on Still Standing, Gilmore Girls, The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show, A Month of Sundays, and Hoodwinked! She is an advocate on behalf of impoverished children in developing countries and has raised millions of dollars for this cause.
