Frank Larry Matthews, also known as “Black Caesar,” “Mark IV,” and “Pee Wee,” was an American drug dealer who operated from 1965 to 1972 in the eastern United States, he sold heroin and cocaine.
He was born on February 13, 1944, and went missing on June 26, 1973, however he had a business in 21 states and supplied narcotics dealers all over the country. Matthews is listed among the top ten drug traffickers in American history by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and it is believed that he had $20 million in savings.
Matthews enjoyed a lavish lifestyle, enjoying opulent residences, cars, and apparel, and also front-row seats to sporting events and frequent trips to Las Vegas to gamble and launder money.
