From 1987 to 2008, he worked for Lehman Brothers. Previously, he was worldwide head of the firm’s credit business, a member of the corporate pension fund’s board of trustees, chairman of the corporate bond, and the loan capital commitment committee. Mr. Rieder worked as a credit analyst for SunTrust Banks in Atlanta prior to joining Lehman Brothers.
